Have you ever had someone try to impersonate you? In our digital age, I can foresee many problems for law enforcement, elected officials, and for the victims that have had their digital identification hijacked. How do you prove that you are not the individual making the defamatory remarks, or the one threatening an elected official or the ordinary citizen?
What if the “deep state” cannot find any vices you have to exploit, and spread rumors smearing your reputation? They can make something up, or use your stolen identity to threaten someone.
I elected to use my platform to get the message out to the people. It can happen to you.
Here is my email to the F.B.I.:
I would like to make this information part of my F.B.I. file.
Your parting comment when we last met was: If I ever felt threatened, I should call 911, and then contact the F.B.I. I took that very seriously. As I continue to stand on the front line of the movement to abolish Ohio property taxes, there is a growing concern that those in power are targeting me. I consider this to be a very serious matter.
I have been informed that the “deep state” in Columbus would like to know if I have any vices that they can exploit.
Now I discover that there is someone that is impersonating me, and I am concerned that the individual(s) will ramp up threats to our elected officials, or average citizens and I will be blamed. I live by the Biblical principles of never to bear false witness, and “love thy neighbor” is a commandment not a suggestion. It is not in my nature to threaten anyone.

Attached is the email that I received from Geauga County Commissioner Carolyn Brakey revealing the false email address attributed to me.
On Facebook, someone used the name “Brian Mass” but has copied the LFC logo. In the email to Commissioner Brakey, they used the email address Brian Massie <massiebrian7@gmail.com>. Those accounts were not generated by me.
I have filed a police report with the Lake County Sheriff’s Department (Deputy Conway), and notified all of the elected officials in Lake County. I plan to do the same next week in Geauga County.
