Here are a list of campaign contributions for the last 10 campaigns. It is very interesting that the average amount spent was $85,212 per candidate, and the job only pays $63,007 per year. It makes one ask why?
Unfortunately, money is driving our elections and selections. A candidate’s worth is measured by the amount of money that he/she can bring into the party coffers. [Sidebar: Isn’t that right Jerry? Don’t you just hate it when the Ohio caucus leaves you twisting in the wind? Unsure if you can bring home the bacon?]
