Dan Troy comes out of retirement to run for State Representative of District 60.
Ah, yes it is very, very clear…the winner of the District 60 State House of Representative seat is none other than the perennial politician, Mr. Daniel Troy.
So how can we be so sure to call the victory on the first day of voting?…It is not very difficult, really. He is running in a heavily Democrat district, and who is spending money to defeat him? The idea that voters have a real choice at the ballot box is just an illusion.
Here is a 2019 picture of the dynamic duo mingling with the serfs at the Mentor Headlands parade.
We wonder what they might have been saying?
Troy to Rogers: “I have a great idea, since you are term limited next year, I will run for your Rep seat and you run for Lake County Commissioner. We will make a deal with the Republicans. You run against Hamercheck, and we will offer a sacrificial lamb against Wuliger, and they offer a sacrificial lamb against me. You will have the Mentor Republicans on your side…they always leave the reservation…what a beautiful plan, don’t you think?”
Rogers: “How can you be sure that they will run a sacrificial lamb against you?”
Troy: “A deal, Johnny, we will make a deal….”
[LFC Comments: Remember, nothing happens in politics unless someone wants it to happen. Stay tuned, as we continue to pull back the curtain…]
We were wondering if the Lake County Governance Fund ever spent the $42,618.91?
