This article was submitted to us by a Lake County patriot. Unfortunately, people have no problem continuing to vote for parks and library levies. They will give up their homes for a “book and a walk in the park”.

With all these grants they should NOT be using our tax money to fund it too!
There are already parking lots on the east and west side they could leverage instead of wasting money to put more lots in the middle. More lots means more to plow every winter, more salt, more mowing when they add strips of lawn around it etc.
