I was informed that someone was interested in my property tax bill and sent a public records request to the Lake County Treasurer and Auditor. Here is the correspondence between Elliot Dale Daniels and the Lake County officials.
If anyone know Mr. Daniels [(419) 344-4321] please tell him that my house is not up for sale. Also let him know that he has too much time on his hands if he takes the time to check out someone’s property tax bill via a public records request. Wasting the public employee’s time fulfilling a ludicrous request. He could have called me and I would have told him how much I pay in property taxes.
