Nonresidential customers will see an increase of $3.69 to $3.87 per 1,000 gallons. (an increase of $$.18 per gallon or 4.9%)
LFC expects to see more sewer rate increases in the future to cover the needs to replace aging pipes in the ground.

This is not water rates. It’s sanitary sewer rates managed by Dept of Utilities. Very different.
