Better Flop…No Bids?…Say it Ain’t So

lipstick on a pig

We are getting indications that there were no bids submitted for the Better Flop project.  We thought we would confirm with this records request.   The Lake County Port Authority, in conjunction with the Mayor of Willowick, and Commissioners Cirino and Young, may have to “sweeten the pot” to get some bidders – perhaps a different shade of lipstick is in order.
