Absentee Ballot Application

The 2020 Ohio Primary will be conducted by mail in absentee ballot. To receive an absentee ballot, voters must submit an Absentee Ballot Application. On Section 6 of the application,  please list March 17, 2020 as the election date, check the box next to “Primary Election” and write the name of the political party ballot you would like to vote or check Issues-Only if you do not want to vote in a political party’s primary election.

NOTE: Political Party ballots also contain Questions and Issues.
