There is going to be a protest at the Great Lakes Mall on Friday.

“In addition to the Juneteenth event on Friday, there will also be a march to City Hall occurring on Thursday. The purpose of this event is to have a physical presence with signs and chants in solidarity with the BLM movement. In addition, the demonstrators will be delivering a letter to the City Council and police expressing the severity of the racial injustices in the nation and ways that the Mentor city government can take action. The Facebook event is private, so please send me a friend request if you’d like to be invited. We encourage you to attend both events if you are able.”
