Please join us as we discuss the very timely topic of PROPERTY TAXES. If we continue the ever-increasing property taxes, we are going to price seniors and those living on fixed incomes out of their homes that they have worked all their lives to achieve.

Any tax that, if unpaid, causes a citizen to become homeless is immoral.

If you are interested in joining our Army of 300 to fight this immoral tax, please send us an email with your contact information to

Inside versus outside millage, House Bill 920, 20 mill floor, 10% credit, 2.5% credit, class 1, 2,3, continuous levies, emergency levies, bond levies…sexennial revaluation…housing affordability threshold… do not feel bad even our legislators do not understand their own property tax legislation.

Leonard and I would gladly speak to any group in the State of Ohio that wants more information on the complex subject of Ohio property taxes.
