It certainly appears as though Concord residents will be asked to vote on a Fire Department levy in November, 2019. Rather than state the number of mills or the term of the levy at this time, we will wait until the final figures are passed by the Township Trustees.

The Administrator and Trustees have encouraged Concord residents to visit each existing fire house so that they can see for themselves the problems with the existing structures.
We are researching the Ohio Revised Code to get a better understanding of what is permitted by a Township with regard to millage and term of the levy for fire departments and town halls. It is confusing….
