We have spent a considerable amount of time exposing the Lake County Visitors Bureau. We recently sent our “Letter to the Editor” to The News-Herald, and they published it on May 8, 2021. The following is a copy of the article.

We created two videos on this subject:
(1) My presentation to the Lake County Commissioners on March 4, 2021 dealing with the Visitors Bureau. Please note that Assistant Prosecutor, Dave Hackman, agrees with us on the need for accountability by the Visitors Bureau.

We have taken our protest to the next level by creating a petition on the website Change.org, and ask everyone that agrees with our position on the Defunding of the Existing Visitors Bureau to please sign the petition.

Please sign our petition if you believe that it is not appropriate for the Lake County Visitors Bureau, a 501 (c) (6) Non- Profit, to receive over $1 million per year of taxpayers’ money and not to be accountable to either the Lake County Commissioners or to the citizens of Lake County. They must be subject to Ohio’s Sunshine Laws.
