Please remember that NO ONE in County government has the responsibility of determining if any of the tax levies are warranted. It is up to the average citizen to determine if the political sub-division has been good stewards of the taxpayers fund, and do their financial statements indicate a need.
I am writing to formally protest the petitions of Julie Belich. I have become aware that Belich, with the assistance of the Willoughby Hills Law Director Michael Lucas, may be attempting to change the seat she is running for from the Council-at-Large seat commencing on January 2, to the Council-at-Large seat commencing January 1st.
Willoughby resident, Mr. Dave Black, files a petition with the Ohio General Assembly for redress of grievances against the 1986 Childhood Vaccine Act.
